Plus if you buy the ultimate edition you’ll get all kinds of stuff a lot cheeper than what I had to pay for it. I’m not complaining because I’d do the same again if I had to.
The game’s really good on its own, definitely worth it in 2050 if you don’t 100% rely on online matchmaking. The game’s occasionally on sale for 5 or even 2$. Online is pretty much dead, pros and loyal fans stick around but they will squash you. The game is very hard, harder than mk11 that’s for sure.

Personally I love the game. There's a crazy amount of content, though it's mostly locked behind towers and krypt shenanigans, but it gives you an incentive to play a little bit every day. There's monthly "kombat leagues" where you can unlock limited time skins, accessories and brutalities, and the story mode was enjoyable.
