So I downloaded GTA Vice city from steam on my computer, its Windows 10 and the mouse isn’t working at first I thought it’s locked and will be unlocked further into the game but so far there’s no progress. I went into the settings and there wasn’t any option to set the movement to my mouse movement.

Posted August 3, 2003. To look backwards, at Tommy's front, press the "Look left" and the "Look right" buttons at the same time. These are the buttons that you would use to do drive by's. I don't know the corresponding keys for the PC version, as I have it for PS2 only, but if you go into the controls menu I'm sure you can figure it out.

They havent released a patch in half a year so this game is basically abandonned by Cockstar. GTA 3 is fine. It still has some misplaced textures but its a solid remaster. Vice City and San Andreas are complete garbage. The characters look like shit, removed songs, removed cheats, shitty draw distance, San Andreas has no personality, Colission
EDIT: If this mod is similar to the FPS mod for GTA San Andreas then I found a way to move the camera with a joystick and not just with the mouse. The process is the same, just replace in your mind the directory of your GTA Vice City game instead of using the directory for GTA San Andreas.
